It has become rather cumbersome to maintain a dozen or more sites around this internet highway. Between FB, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn and an assortment of equally significant or lesser sites, the burden of maintaining the ever present redundancy, as we courageously engineer our American dream, has become too much. I think we have more important things to do, don't you think? We think so. That's not to say that we don't value our time together with you, we certainly do. We're just changing the venue.

We'll keep the personal FB pages, I suspect, but all the rest will disappear over time. Slowly, this page and a few other business related pages will be the focus of our attention. You will notice the other pages of note just below this post section.

Anyway, welcome, and please do visit as often as you can. Plenty will be happening in the coming days, months and years.

2015 Hometown Media Awards

Cape Ann TV notified us the other day, that our series program, All Things Victorian, won 3 - 2015 Alliance for Community Media - Hometown Media Awards. HMA's are national. Understandably, we're thrilled, honored, and still a little in shock. We're told that one is a hugh deal, but three is simply incredible!

All Things Victorian - 010 - Victorian Baking

I'm rebuilding our first High-Def episode of All Things Victorian - Victorian Baking - and it should be complete shortly. I'm about a third of the way through. It's a whole lot slower than editing a standard-def program, but I'm still having loads of fun doing it.

Finally! All Things Victorian is on its way

Well now, I finally uploaded the first 8 episodes of All Things Victorian w/ Victoriana Lady Lisa to MyMassTV at MassAccess. Now, the rest of the Commonwealth's community access stations will be able to license our shows for airing at their respective stations.
That being said, if you have a community access station within eyeshot of your home, please notify them of this offering; that is if your a resident of Massachusetts. If not, I can still get the programming directly to a station near you. Please let us know. Thanks

All Things Victorian - 003 - Victorian Accessories

I'm just never satisfied. Another version of 003. The ending, when Lisa releases her locks, bothered me terribly. So I fixed it. Otherwise, everything is the same. Enjoy.

All Things Victorian update

The progress continues...

I transferred the two HD Treasures shows that we recorded, here at home, last week. If you remember, they revolve around a Victorian clothing and accessories donation given Lisa by a good friend and fan.
I'm almost done rebuilding program #1 - A Victorian Overview. It had been accidentally damaged, but reparable, and then I decided to apply what I have learned this past year to the original footage. It's coming along just fine. I do hope to complete it by Monday.

All the shows will be uploaded to Mass Access, for Ma. stations to review and add to their play list. We can't wait for that.

Finally, if there's any interest in underwriting All Things Victorian, please let us know. Thanks.

Things to Do Tomorrow

I have more editing on All Things Victorian. I actually have to upload to Final Cut the recent Treasures show recorded this past week. I also have to complete the repair work on the 1st show from All Things Victorian. Lisa and I have some Nut/Fudge deliveries to make. And, of course, there are the orders that have to be mailed out.
Today, we picked up another fabulous donation. I'm thinking that there's another show in this collection.

Recently I was contacted by my publisher regarding a Civil War letters book that I had created. I must finish it.

All Things Victorian - new shows coming

We'll have a couple of new All Things Victorian programs ready for you in the next couple of days. One will be the Steampunk Show featuring Bruce Rosenbaum, filmed at his 'Modvic' home in Sharon, Massachusetts, in high definition. The other is a revised edition of show #2 - Victorian Fashions. I think you'll like both.

Monday's Shoot at the Emerson

Lisa and I will complete the shooting on Monday, for our upcoming All Things Victorian - British Low Tea Program. Filming will take place at the Emerson Inn-by-the-Sea here on Cape Ann; the same location where filming of the actual tea took place.
Lisa will be dressed in her Victorian finery as I film her move throughout the location. I will also film the owner, Bruce Coates, give a brief history of the Emerson.
We are most grateful to Mr. and Mrs. Coates for this opportunity.

All Things Victorian - Steampunk w/Bruce Rosenbaum

The All Things Victorian w/Victoriana Lady Lisa's first Steampunk show featuring Bruce Rosenbaum is done and in the can. It will premiere this Thursday night on Cape Ann TV. I'll youtube it in a week or so. I think you'll love this one.
I'm also reworking the earlier shows. If I knew then what I know now... LOL. Anyway, I'm making improvements on the lot, and will reload them to youtube as soon as I can.
FYI, more stations are coming onboard for All Things Victorian.
